Allergy Warning
There are dogs, cats, and hamsters living in our house so if you are allergic to any of those let us know. We always will clean off the suit before sending but if you are very allergic to any of the animals stated you may want to look for another maker. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may happen due to contact with our suits.
Payment
30% nonrefundable down payment is required before any progress of the suit is made. The rest is to be paid off within a year with a minimum of $100 each payment. We do make exceptions on a case by case basis. For small parts such as paws and smaller tails a full payment is required. Once again this can be overridden on a case by case basis. Currently we only accept PayPal if you have another suggestion please contact us.
Shipping
You pay shipping. The suit will not be shipped until shipping is paid for and processed. Shipping will be calculated at time of completion or if needed an estimate can be calculated.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are accepted on certain items (such as full suits and 3/4th suits). They will vary between each customer. We require %30 as a nonrefundable down-payment for supplies. If you need to cancel your commission you will not be refunded but, you can request the supplies be sent if you pay shipping. After the down payment is paid for the rest is to be paid off within a year, unless stated otherwise, with a minimum of $100 each payment.
Deadlines
We do not currently accept deadlines as we would like the best work be sent to you. On rare occasions we may accept a deadline. We are also currently a full time college student so we are unable to work during midterms and finals. Progress will be slow and we will let you know if there will be any delays. Due to this we often cannot give a completion time, but can force time into our schedule to help reassure you that you will get your product. This cannot be done during midterms or finals.
Concept Art
Concept art is required for all custom suits. If the suit is artistic liberty our concept artist or maker will make a ref sheet and have you give an O.K. before work is started. Concept art MUST have 2-3 different views of the character to be sure all markings are seen. We are not responsible for any markings not shown in the concept art.
Warranty
Repairs will be free during the warranty (1 year). You however, must pay shipping both ways. If your warranty has run out repairs will be determined by the hour cost. Please clean your suit before sending it in for repairs or you will be charged cleaning costs as well as a fee for not reading our TOS. Warranty is voided if there is to be any modifications that were not approved and/or caused damage.
Trades
Trades are not common for me to accept unless I ask you first. I have certain rules for trades.
-You must pay for shipping of all items if art trade, If it is a fursuit trade we will pay for our half.
-Your side must be complete before mine is sent out
- if sending something in return for a suit you must send it first and give a VALID tracking number
-the trade must be equal in value ex. your art goes for $40 so that will require 10 pieces of $30 value for a base price head.
-The fur for the suit must already be in stock unless otherwise stated
